1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and vk44 ("vk44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vk44 website and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and the vk44 VIP loyalty program.

By registering an account on vk44, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use any vk44 service.

vk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available at vk44.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

1.1 Scope of Services

vk44 offers the following services to eligible registered members:

• Sports Betting — pre-match and live in-play wagering on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports.
• Online Casino — slots, table games, video poker, and crash games from certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• Live Dealer Casino — real-time, streamed dealer tables including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and andar bahar, powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• VIP Loyalty Program — a six-tier rewards program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond) offering cashback, bonuses, and personalised account management.

vk44 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to any member for any such change.

1.2 Acceptance by Use

Accessing any part of the vk44 platform — whether or not you have completed registration — constitutes acknowledgement that you have reviewed these Terms & Conditions. Full acceptance, including the right to place wagers and access account funds, requires completed registration and active account status.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an active account on vk44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal entertainment. Registration on behalf of another person, a company, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order applied through your vk44 account or any related self-exclusion program.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

2.2 Registration Process

To create a vk44 account, you must complete the registration form in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment details. vk44 may require you to submit identity documentation — including a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document — as part of the KYC verification process before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are approved.

vk44 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of vk44's right to conduct KYC verification at any later stage.

2.3 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one active vk44 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, vk44 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, cancel all pending bets, and forfeit all balances and bonus credits held across those accounts without prior warning.

3 Account Obligations

As a registered vk44 member, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account and your conduct on the platform.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vk44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. vk44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify vk44 immediately via the support email address shown in the footer of this page. vk44 will suspend the account pending investigation. vk44 is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorised account access where the member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information held on your vk44 account is accurate and up to date at all times. If any registered information changes — including your mobile number, email address, or payment details — you must update your account settings promptly. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to vk44, at any stage, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk44 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, payment processing delays, or pricing errors to generate artificial profit.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
• Using the vk44 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward vk44 staff or other members.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

vk44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for Bangladeshi members: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers via major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial services and ৳500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.

Deposits are credited to your vk44 wallet within two minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within the same business day for bank transfers. vk44 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

Before a withdrawal is approved, vk44 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals requested before KYC documents have been approved will be placed in a pending queue until verification is complete. Members are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

vk44 does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered in a name other than the vk44 account holder's name. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be refunded to the source and the transaction will be flagged for review. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

vk44 offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited automatically after a qualifying deposit is made and verified. The bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by vk44 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. Only bets placed with real-money funds count toward clearing a bonus balance, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vk44 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated account — if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner not consistent with the spirit of the offer.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus credits and free bets that have not been used within their specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the member's account without compensation. vk44 is not obligated to notify members individually before a bonus expires, though reminder notifications may be sent as a courtesy.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on vk44 are final once confirmed by the platform. vk44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in cases where vk44 itself determines that a bet was accepted due to a manifest error. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including stake, odds, and market — before confirming a wager.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

vk44 displays odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. vk44 is not responsible for fluctuations in odds between the time a member adds a selection to their bet slip and the time the bet is confirmed.

6.3 Void Bets and Manifest Errors

vk44 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error — including obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or circumstances where the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the member's account. vk44's decision on manifest errors is final.

6.4 RNG and Game Fairness

All casino and slot games available on vk44 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided and audited by the respective game developers. vk44 does not modify game logic, RTP settings, or outcome algorithms. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by vk44

vk44 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or any other conduct that vk44 deems detrimental to the platform or its members.

In the event of suspension pending investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted. If investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. If a breach is confirmed, vk44 may permanently close the account and forfeit all associated balances.

7.2 Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the vk44 support team via the email address shown in the footer of this page. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to restrict their access to vk44 for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to six months, with a permanent closure option available. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired, except in cases of permanent self-exclusion. 7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. vk44 may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts after this period, as specified in the dormancy policy published on the platform. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any pending verification requirements.

8 Limitation of Liability

vk44 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While vk44 takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

8.1 No Guarantee of Winnings

Gambling involves risk. vk44 makes no representation or guarantee that any member will win money by using the platform. All wagering outcomes are subject to chance. Members are solely responsible for their wagering decisions and for managing their own gambling activity within their personal financial means.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vk44 excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the vk44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action.

8.3 Third-Party Services

vk44 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including game developers, payment processors, or live casino operators, where such acts or omissions cause loss or disruption to a member's gaming experience. Any disputes arising from a third-party game or transaction should be directed first to vk44 support, which will escalate to the relevant provider where appropriate.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and vk44 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
